1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@gulfsouq.in with your order number

  2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship items to:
    Gulf Souq Returns, Tirur, Malappuram, Kerala, India - 676101

2. Return Conditions

For a successful return, items must be:
✅ Unused and in original condition
✅ In original packaging with all tags/labels
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable Goods: Food items, dates, chocolates, dry fruits

  • Personal Care: Beauty products, cosmetics, skincare

  • Specialty Items: Custom/personalized products, gift cards

  • Hygiene-Sensitive: Earrings, undergarments, sealed cosmetics

  • Sale/Discounted Items: Clearly marked final sale products

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive:

  • Damaged/defective items

  • Wrong products

  • Missing parts

Include photos/videos showing the issue. We'll arrange free return shipping and expedite replacement/refund.

5. Refund Process

Step Timeline Details
1. Return Received - We inspect returned items
2. Approval Notification Within 3 business days Email confirmation
3. Refund Processing Within 5 business days To original payment method
4. Bank Processing 5-10 business days Depends on financial institution

Note: Refund amounts exclude original shipping costs

6. Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Return the original item following standard process

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

  3. Email us at hello@gulfsouq.in to request price-match if the new item costs more

7. Special Cases

  • International Returns: Contact us for custom solutions

  • Business/Corporate: Different policies apply for bulk orders

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet conditions

  • Refunds may be reduced for missing components or damage

  • Perishable goods are strictly non-returnable due to food safety regulations
